	Question for later:
When 4D changes the structure (adding the fields and table) does it do so by directly modifying the catalog or does it use the SQL Alter Table approach?
12:59:49 From William Taylor (he/him) to Everyone:
good question: from what I recall of this feature, the feature that came into 4D was only the ability to automatically expose these tables simply. the underlying technology was actually developed to make 4D for Mobile data sync work.
13:00:38 From William Taylor (he/him) to Everyone:
so it is not altering anything, only exposing to the editor things that were already running under the hood

13:36:42 From Michael Larue to Everyone:
Hi 4D! Quick question regarding Jim's presentation: besides money, what does Volaris want? The only thing we know about them is that they bought 4D (presumably Laurent was well compensated), they doubled the prices, and changed license terms to the detriment of developers. As Jim mentioned, they studied the books and determined 4D didn't generate high enough returns, supposedly necessitating an immediate price increase (regardless of how this impacted developers and their clients). Again, other than money, what do they want? Or, other than money, what does 4D see as beneficial with the sellout to them? What new things can they do now with Volaris that they couldn't do before? Would be nice to have some sort of clue as to what future they have in mind, especially since there has been a huge wall of silence on this (including Laurent's message from today). Could 4D folks be able to attend one of the 4D Happy Hour meetings where they could informally discuss this with us? Thank you!

What are the licensing considerations need to be considered?

13:47:22 From Peter Bozek to Everyone:
What happens when a record is changed on both sides of sync? It seems but I am probably wrong - that the sync code exchanges the records between two sites?

Very nice clear demo. Thanks loads. QN: are there any tools available for querying the change data to create an audit of who changed what when, without syncing changes to a clone? (Julian Cook, British Library, London)
